The energy crisis has been blown out of the water or at least of the ice and snow as the complete man-made trashing of reliable seasonal 10,000 year-old global weather systems takes on its most terrifying presentations in entire recorded human history – 40°C above normal eastern #antarctica #temperatures.

5-6 thousand kilometres due north of that calamity the slow moving east Australian floods (plural, repetitive) from moist warm air in low pressure weather systems that are now taking 5-8 days to move off the coast in an easterly direction with the earth’s rotation. One of the apparent reasons is the slowing of cooling currents northward from the Antarctic coast towards the equator due to the heating of ocean water in conjunction with the shift of “Roaring Forties” weather from the south-west northwards due to the so call SAM or ‘Antarctic Oscillation’ – exactly parallel with the slowing Atlantic Meridional Overturning Circulation & larger amplitude Jetstream cold air storms like Hurricanes Katrina & Sandy.
