If they don’t hold with this socially-engineered misanthropy their news tycoons and sociopaths like the-world-of-purely-#econometric-values-and-NO-others Koch Brothers will quietly (or noisily in a whackjob podcasters’ celebrity subculture peopled by princes of some medieval realm, #Instagram money-grubbers & second- or third-rate entertainers nobody over 45 with a reasonable liberal education or much self-respect has ever heard of) give the (authentic & decent) journalists the Royal Order of the Boot. It is, as simultaneously tragic & repulsive figure Chris Lorax in Shaun Micallef’s TV show reliably chimes in, “just a bit of fun.”

Stuff like ‘#emergency’ or ‘#crisis,’ segues nicely to the outrageous cock of #resilience & manly/ Buffy vampire-slayer #adaptation. – And on and on this death-machine goes with stoccato ratt-a-tatt-tatt beginning-middle-&-rousing rhetorical end stories lasting 75 to say 180 seconds which are all over & done within 12 hours and if still hanging around 24 hours later, like pesky floods or depressing bushfires for re-doing with

1) a new angle, new faces and ever highly marketable manic google-eyed sermoniacal messages of compassion, hope and love OK?

2) National Geographic/ Economic-geography 101 1970-style @nature yarns about stellar objects, archeology, the pyramids, Incan girl murder by the state, or filler-pieces about the heatwave in Antarctica – or Lytton, Verkhoyansk, or Fort McMurray 2016 which equivocate disgracefully & mindlessly about the contributory causes or flat-out deny, repudiate or censor #Facts – as in Trudeau’s Canada!

3) crazy-arsed oil-economy puff-pieces, thin throwaway pamphlet-, video- or glossy booklet- style promotions like 1980s #business #plans designed to tickle loan finance out of the rich old cognitively-impaired people on bank boards – or in senior positions for goodness’ sake on #ccs (Carbon Capture & Storage), #geoengineering and the global carbon offsets & monetised derivative trading fraud (see #McKinsey&co for example – the Morrison Australian government spent $9 million on their report to take it to the COP26 Glasgow meeting 31/10 -7/11/2021, to humiliate and demean the entire Australian people in the eyes of the world.
